The Hollow Roblox Items and Rewards

The Hollow Roblox items and rewards: free UGC, badges, ticket-shop prices, Plus exclusives, ghost drops, and Marketplace avatar items.

Prepared 31 October 2026 · Sources checked 31 October 2026

The Hollow's free items come from four places: the nine theater floors, the eighteen Nightly and Roaming game quests, the ticket shop, and the four ghost-launcher pets. The Marketplace items are separate paid purchases. Floor and quest rewards are claimed at pedestals; shop items cost tickets; ghosts are caught in the hub when another player fires one.

Where the free items come from

It helps to separate the item families before you start grinding. A floor reward is guaranteed after one puzzle run. A game reward needs a badge from a separate experience. A ghost needs another player with a launcher. A Marketplace item needs Robux and has nothing to do with event progress.

All nine floor rewards

Each theater floor has a randomized maze and one relic puzzle. The floor rewards are the most reliable free items because they do not depend on another game's quest design or a group.

The eighteen game-quest items

Nine Nightly Haunts and nine Roaming games each award a UGC item. The list below uses the reward names recorded by the Roblox Wiki and the launch-day guides for BEAR and Piggy.

Ticket-shop utility items and cosmetics

The Little Shop of Terror is inside the theater on the right side. Utility items help with the mazes; cosmetic items rotate in daily and are event-exclusive. Prices below are the values published by the cited guides on October 27–31.

The four ghost-launcher pets

The ghosts are free shoulder pets, but you cannot fire the launcher yourself unless you have the matching role. Stand near a player who is firing one and collect the ghost when it appears.

Paid Marketplace items are not event rewards

Roblox also sells Hollow-themed Marketplace items for Robux. These are separate from the free quest and floor rewards. Buying one does not complete a badge, grant tickets, or unlock a pedestal.

The wiki also records several older items that went Limited on October 27, including Sparkle Time Classic Pumpkin, Wings of Shadow, and Overseer Row. Limited status can change, so confirm it on the item page before buying.

Claiming rules and common misses

  • Floor rewards: return the relic to the elevator. If the reward does not appear, check the elevator exit and your inventory before replaying the floor.
  • Game rewards: the badge popup may require Confirm before the tickets register. The UGC is a separate pedestal interaction.
  • Roaming pedestals: they are hidden inside the theater floors, not at spawn. Search the floor where the game's portal appeared.
  • One-time claim: GameStratWiki says each UGC can be claimed once per account. Treat duplicates as display copies, not extra items.
  • Ghosts: you must be near the launch. They are not added retroactively if you miss one.

The event's reward window closes at noon PT on November 2. Pedestals, the shop, and ghost launches may all stop at that point; unclaimed items are not guaranteed to return.

Frequently asked questions

How many free items are in The Hollow?

At least 31 free avatar rewards were documented: nine floor items, eighteen game-quest UGC items, and four ghost pets. The shop adds more cosmetics for tickets, and the Marketplace items are paid.

Are the Marketplace items free?

No. The Hollow Horseman, Ghostlight Pumpkin Bucket, and the other Marketplace entries cost Robux. They are separate from the free floor, quest, shop, and ghost rewards.

How do I claim a game reward?

Earn the game's Hollow badge, return to the hub, confirm the badge popup for tickets, then interact with that game's pedestal for the UGC. Roaming pedestals are hidden inside the theater floors.

Can I claim the same UGC twice?

The cited community check says each UGC is limited to one claim per account. Replaying a floor or quest does not produce a second copy.

What is the Floor 9 reward?

Telamon's Ghoultry Suit, awarded after pulling the correct symbol levers and returning the ninth relic to the elevator.
