Enter Somewhere Else
Use the Demonology portal in The Hollow hub. Once inside, click the Hollow button in the top-right corner, then enter the house near the whiteboard. You are teleported to Somewhere Else.
The area is black-and-white and easy to get turned around in. Use the compass at the top of the screen. The altar is the central landmark; each relic appears as a red dot.
The six relic locations

Carry each relic back to the altar before starting the next. You can only hold one at a time. The ritual ring at the altar shows where to place it.
Survive the hunt
A monster begins hunting after you pick up a relic. Hide in a wardrobe to break line of sight and wait for the hunt to end. If it catches you, you drop the relic at your location and return to the altar area. Pick the relic back up before continuing.
Complete the ritual and escape
- Place all six relicsBring each relic to the altar and place it in the ritual circle.
- Start the ritualInteract with the altar to begin. Follow the on-screen prompt and finish the sequence.
- Enter the portalA glowing door or portal opens. Enter it to leave Somewhere Else.
- Return to the hubGo back to The Hollow and confirm the badge popup for 10 tickets.
Claim the Biter Fedora
Use the Demonology pedestal in the hub. The Biter Fedora is a head accessory, and the quest also awards the Way Back badge and 10 tickets.
If the pedestal is missing, check that you finished the ritual and returned to the Demonology lobby before re-entering The Hollow. The quest is not complete while you are still inside Somewhere Else.

How many relics are in Demonology?

Where do I hide from the monster?
In a wardrobe. It breaks the hunt and keeps you safe until the monster leaves.
What happens if I get caught?
